This room was designed to fit the new owners unique need. The carpet was replaced with wood flooring, the walls are a beautiful Venetian plaster, the ceiling is a bronze metallic glaze adding drama to the high ceilings. Now the room serves a dual purpose as a formal entry or a conference room.

When selling your home, you only get one chance at a first impression with buyers and realtors.

King Staging and Design will create a plan that will fit your situation and your budget, many times using what you already have in different and creative ways to make your space show at it's very best. Carol's local knowledge is a great tool for finding the best bargains and the perfect piece to make your home stand out from the competition. We even offer programs to let you do as much or as little of the work as you want.

Staging can be as easy as rearranging, decluttering, and making the house sparkle. Buyers have a hard time looking past unfinished projects and really loud colors and see them as their future projects if they purchase the home, or a reason for a price reduction.

First impressions and staging starts at the curb. If the outside doesn't look good, buyers may not even go inside. Staging is equally important when first walking in the house. Foyers, kitchens, bathrooms, and the master bedroom are the key rooms to focus on when giving your home a real estate enhancement.

Staging a vacant home would mean furnishing and renting the furniture, accessories, and art work. Buyers need to be shown how to place the furniture, and how to use some of the other rooms, so we need to do the work for them, so they can imagine living in the home. Empty rooms are cold and uninviting. When a room is empty the buyers are looking for flaws, and anything they can ask for a reduction, because there is nothing else for them to focus on. Vacant homes usually take twice as long to sell.
